Network Status
We
are happy to report that there are no known network outages at this time.
If you are
having connection issues, try unplugging the radio cable (comes in through the
wall from the outside dish) from the
rectangular black device with the port
labeled POE to power off your radio. You should also unplug the router "power"
cable from the back of the router. This action "reboots" the
equipment and clears stored memory which can slow a system down or even cause connectivity
issues. After 3 minutes, plug everything back in and see if your
connection issues are solved.
